When will I get my first Funbox?
All Funboxes will ship by the 20th of every month (in most cases we get them out around the 10th), unless otherwise indicated. If you are a new subscriber, your first Funbox will ship by the 10th business day of signing up. All of our subscribers will receive an email confirmation that their Funbox has shipped and it will include a tracking number for you to follow your Funbox. In the event you don’t receive your Funbox, let us know! Email us at email@example.com and we will make sure that we take care of you.
What will I get in my Funbox?
All kinds of stuff! The possibilities are endless. We are constantly working with companies from all over the industry to get you the freshest product. Each Funbox is packed with 5-10 hand picked items which could be anything from a t-shirt or beenie, to a DVD or zine, to wax, bearings or hardware and that doesn’t even scratch the surface!
Where can I get more of an item I received in my Funbox?
Every company we partner with has a clickable logo on our homepage which will take you to their site. Shop there or head down to your local skateshop! If they don’t carry it, then make a suggestion to them that they should!!!
What if I want to gift a subscription?
No problem! Just click sign up and fill out the billing section with your information, then put the information for the shipping of the recipient (the person your giving the gift to) and their first Funbox will ship within 10 business days! Add a personal message in the notes and we will make sure it is delivered inside for that extra touch!
Will there be a tracking number when my Funbox ships?
Of course! You will recieve an e-mail when you sign up, then every month you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your Funbox is shipped.
When will my card be charged?
If you are a monthly subscriber your card will be charged once when you sign up and then once at the beginning of each month between the 1st and the 5th. If you signed up for the 3 Month Subscription you will be charged for the first box on the date you signed up and then again on that date each month after for 2 more months. If you sign up for the annual subscription, then your card will be charged once when you sign up and you will not be charged again until the same day of the following year.
What if an item in my Funbox is broken?
No biggie! Just give us call or send us an email. We will be happy to send you a new one. We may ask for a photo of the broken item.
What if I want to cancel my Funbox subscription?
You can go to funboxmonthly.com, click enter, then click “My Account” in the top menu. Once you log in, you can click the X next to your subscription and cancel your subscription. You can also call us at 1 800 766 4309 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are a monthly subscriber, your subscription will stop immediately after cancelation, unless your Funbox has already shipped. In that case, your subscription service will terminate the following month. If you are an annual subscriber, then your subscription will be terminated the month you signed up of the following year.
What if I need to update my card information or shipping information?
When you sign up, you will set up your personal Funbox account. By clicking “My Account” in the top menu, you can do a variety of things, including updating billing info, shipping and contact info, change and reset password etc.
How do refunds work?
All purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of any Funbox, and any Funbox returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Funbox does not arrive, Funbox must be notified in writing within 4 weeks of receiving your tracking information. If Funbox is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Note it may take 2 weeks to fulfill. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Funbox Monthly.
